What is a clipping agency?
A clipping agency (also called a clip agency, clip marketing agency or clipping service) turns long-form content (streams, videos, interviews, brand content, trailers) into short vertical clips and gets them posted across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Instead of one account posting, a network of clippers posts from their own accounts, so your content reaches many audiences at once.
How much does a clipping campaign cost?
Campaigns start at $2,000 for 1.5M+ verified views, guaranteed: a CPM of about $1.33 per 1,000 views, all-in. The rate drops as your view target grows, down to $1.00 per 1,000 at $15,000+. You are only billed for the verified views we deliver, and views beyond the target are a bonus at no extra cost.
What happens if you don’t hit the view target?
You pay for what was delivered and nothing more. Your budget is a hard cap, billed per 1,000 verified views. If the target isn’t reached within 45 days, the campaign keeps running at no extra cost for up to 45 more days, and anything still unspent comes back to you.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled securely through Whop. You prepay your campaign budget, we draw it down per 1,000 verified views, and any unspent budget comes back to you or rolls into your next campaign.
What counts as a verified view?
A view reported by the platform itself (TikTok, Instagram or YouTube) on a clip we’ve approved, counted during the 7 days after we approve it. It’s written into the one-page campaign agreement you get before you pay, not hidden in fine print.
Are the views real?
Yes. Clips are posted by real people on their own accounts, and every submission is reviewed before it’s paid. Anything showing signs of bought or botted engagement is rejected and never billed.
